Nope. just replace and drive the car! load resistors are only required if you use a 6v non-led flasher on blinkers. then load resistors are used in parallel w/ the bulbs to trigger the flasher. I can expand on this if necessary including how to get a pilot bulb working in the blinker assy. I just put a whole system together yesterday. works great.
