The only thing in your above paragraph I can understand is... the led turn signal bulbs not working with an original turn signal flasher. Led bulbs do not create enough current load to make the flasher function.

What are referring to as the 'parking lights'?
Why are the headlights working with the blinkers?
Why is the ignition switch controlling the parking and headlights?
None of these things make any sense to me.
Do you have a good original wiring diagram for the car?

All the light fixtures have to have a good electrical Ground connection to the body of the car, and the body of the car has to have a good electrical connection to the Ground terminal of the battery.
Have you changed the car from Positive to Negative ground?
