From most information out there, the car that was used for most of the stunts is in pretty bad condition. I've seen no photos but the info seems to indicate that it is beyond salvage.

Jay Leno copped a ride in the less abused car not long ago and his coments were that it rides and drives like a 50 year old car that has had no repair done to it. I've worked on a few of those old 67/68 390 GT cars and most were pretty well trashed by previous owners. Getting to the engine is a real bear. There isn't much room left in the compartment.
