The Hubcap that you have is for the 1939 Ford Deluxe only. The styling of the Ford Hubcaps changed every year from 1932 to 1940 and later. From 1938 through 1940, there were two hubcaps each year, one for the Deluxe models and one for the Standard models. The above picture shows the 1939 Deluxe (left) and 1939 Standard (right).
