Most 4-way crimp tools have a variety of pin positioning tools for all sorts of different size pins. The Buchanan C24 tool looks to be large enough but it's made for simple barrel type crimp terminal sleeves. There would be no positioners but terminals may still be crimped without positioners if the operator is careful.

Some of these tools are set to crimp all the way before the tool releases and opens the jaws for terminal removal. It just depends on how they are adjusted for depth of crimp as to how well they do the job. If the tool isn't adjustable & doesn't lock on the terminal then crimp depth would have to be judged by the operator of the tool.
