I have had Hagerty for a number of years, and their restrictions are basically it should be used for shows, meets, club events and occasional personal driving. Never knew anyone being denied. Those that are used to regular insurance don't realize how inexpensive collector insurance can be. You place the value on your vehicle. It is an agreed value and the premium reflects that.
I believe I am paying about $175 per year for my $15k roadster.
That is for full coverage, maybe $100 deductible.
The second and third cars are drastically cheaper. I have two others valued at about $12k and $15k, and they cost about $50 to $60 each.
