I'm not sure what you're looking for regarding the structure of the access holes thru the radiator and grille shell for the hand crank, but the attached photos of those access holes on my 1940 Ford Tonner show the holes and the metal bracket in the radiator that would have been used to help support the hand crank. The finished product photos give a better picture of how they look. I had the radiator rebuilt using all the OEM brackets and same core size and dimensions. Hope this helps.
