I also just did some Internet Googling on the Interchange Part Numbers for the Motorcraft SP488 and came up with these spark plugs as well :
AC 78S C73 C75 C77 C77L
Champion W10 W14 W18 W20
Autolite 3076 Hex-15/16" Reach-5/8" Thd-7/8-18 Non Resistor
Some other Part Numbers:
Motorcraft 88 SP488 TT8 TT10
Prestolite 78-10 78-8
Looks to be no shortage of vendors with a spark plug for the touring Model As.
