Definitely the wrong motor, it's the later flathead. It also has a rumble seat and I consider that wasted space. They are a PIA if you are going to use the car for touring and need to load luggage, portable chairs, etc. It also comes down to good sheet metal with nice original floor pans and no patch panels. At $38,000 I would pass on it.
