I would not ship anything with USPS....not even dog doo-doo. I got zero mail delivered for a month.......took 40 days for a letter that was sent 150 miles away.....the local postmaster just shrugged.....couldn't care less. That out fit needs to be totally disbanded.....let a completely private outfit run it.
