Here's the trim plate, several screws visible



Here's the last screw installed that won't go in. The other screws once in force the door to where the hole no longer lines up. I've chased all the threads with a tap, and tried not tightening any until they are all in, but I can't get the last one. It came apart with all screws in place, and yes, it's factory original.
