In the Tudor, the metal cross member carries the seat post, moving it aft would put it into the floor board. Might check on that.

Tudors are a completely different animal than the Fordor. The Fordor has a big old comfy bench seat, not those little pedestel seats like in a tudor.
rodusmcr, In my '30 Town Sedan I moved the entire seat back ~3" but my seat isn't bolted to the center door posts. I'm trying to remember how the seat is mounted in a Blind Back. Do you have any photos?
