I would use ONLY quality brand bearings : i.e. Fafnir (Timken), F.B.C, Federal, MRC, etc,
&Use original oil seal FORD part number: 74-7052 for front input shaft as it's metal cased /stepped &has a leather lip spring loaded & felt wiper ,
For the rear extension housing oil seal use FORD part number: 78-7052,
Same contruction/type as 74-7052 BUT NOT stepped,
These kind/type of oil seals are far better suited to the older style lubricants then modern neoprene rubber oil seals in our expereince.
