I bought new shafts from Brattons last year.
The top shaft is the low and reverse I removed.
The 2nd shaft, 2nd and hig gear is new, no ramps.
The bottom two were new from Brattons.
The new bottom with ramps, low and reverse, was received with surface rust in the packaging.
Bratton’s told me they were all like that

Looks like after packaging surface protection might have been lacking.
