You should really use a KR Wilson puller but they are hard to find . You can use a punch with a round head not chisel ended . If you look down the outer bearing hole you will see the "lip" of the inner race . You can then engage the punch and start to knock out the race . Vary where you hit so you do not rock the race too much so you do not stretch the land where the bearing sits If the land gets stretched the new race will be a loose fit ,not good . Take your time no rush I use a propane torch to heat the area it makes it a bit easier to punch it out .To fit the new race I heat the land and put the new race in the freezer for a while and then punch it in vary where you hit so it goes in square .
