If any parts are not matching numbers (UNLESS) its armorers replacement parts it is considered altered or not original. If it's a missmash of parts put together but the Russians after being captured or otherwise stock sanded to make it purdy, drilled and tapped for a scope for a hunter the value goes down exponentially.
