Great looking truck! There are two things that will dramatically change the handling of your truck. I drive a '37 1/2 ton that i converted to hydraulic brakes ('39-'40), and after about 10,000 miles i changed to Lincoln brakes on the front axle and i used a front sway bar from a '40 ford. These are both bolt on modifications, and the difference is amazing.
