That is a Crosley, modern touch tone. It will be replaced with a dial wall phone model 653A but not right away, they cost, especially one that has been reconditioned. The Western Electric on the cabinet is a 202 with an E series handset and it has been reconditioned and....it works on todays lines going out or coming in calls. They were made from 30-37 and with the E series handset, from 30-34. It was toss up between a candle stick dial 1927-1930 or that one, I went with that one but it does have the early rural dial face on it.
BTW, that tire ashtray was a souvenir from Firestone at the 1934 Century of Progress Expo in Chicago. Fantastic find at a great price too.
