Re: 337 Flathead
My flathead knowledge is lacking compared to most on this board but I am well versed on the dark arts of technology. So perhaps I can shed some light on the mysteries of photos that auto-flip.
When most smart devices (phones, tablets, and even some nicer models of cameras) take photos they store information about how the device was oriented at the time the photo was taken (as well as lots of other information). To display the photo correctly the application needs to process these non-photographic "meta-tags". Unfortunately many applications either ignore, or mis-interpret this information and you end up with mis-oriented photos.
Now back on topic -- I look forward to seeing some photos of the F-5, that's a project I'd love to take on if only I had the available parking in my driveway.
