Since I have stocks in the Bakkan Oil I get reports on oil news,the Keystone is not going to help us here in the U.S.A. it will be Canadian Oil headed down that pipeline built primarily by Canadian workers and after it is built about 75 total employees to maintain it,the end result is it will be loaded on tankers and exported.
