There is only
one plate used on either system. The original cartridge type filter plate is removed and replaced with the plate and adapter from the spin-on FORD KIT (B7A 6882-A).
If the KIT is not in a FORD box or MOTORCRAFT bag, it is most likely junk.
I was just wondering about your source as to quality.
