Given the GOP drive to slow mail, it is small wonder we get anything on time. I have one piece that took 62 days to arrive! Junking the high volume sorting machines is a likely culprit, as are the new staff rules. Those of us who live outside the city on RFD routes seem to be at the bottom of the line.
