Re: Moving the 30/31 Victoria on Amer. Pickers
According a customer insider who filled me in at one time, those so-called pickers have people from the History Channel go in and see if it will make a good show. It is pretty much arranged beforehand what is for sale and what isn't. So then the guys 'show up' in their van which has been transported there previously on a separate trailer. Ever notice the camera is already in the driveway? Then they pick thru crap, and they really don't buy anything alot of the time, they just make it appear they do. That's why some stuff is actually not for sale in their store, it's just there to make it look good. The whole thing is a sham. It has hurt the whole industry, cause now everyone thinks everything is worth something.
