It's hard to see what style rails you have, on my brtothers model A cab we made a wood form and glued felt in the channel with "right stuff", using the wood made slightly thicker than the window frame--on that system the glass frame runs in the felt

on my 36 conv sedan it is done different, the window has rollers that run brass roller to steel track, krimped into the edge of the track is a felt strip as a anti rattle/wiper function
