You need the nickle plated conduits for 1928. Be aware that there were two styles: one for the early single bulb lighting system that was smaller (1/2inch-two wire), and one for the 'Twolamp' headlamp system which was 9/16 inch diameter. The later Twolight system used either two or three wires, and had one or two bulbs depending if the vehicle was originally equipped with cowl lights. I made a mistake earlier in the hobby and purchased the later style, when I needed the earlier ones.
