Yes, not all master cylinders have “Inverted Flare Female” IFF machining. Some use 1/2"-20 and/or 7/16"-24 straight threading. These connections use a copper sealing washer between the master cylinder and the fitting. This fitting will then accept IFM - meaning “Inverted Flare Male”.
