Default Re: 1932 The Deuce, Dually, Dump Truck

Zeke,
The 32 3 window with the Cummins BT is a really nice car!

Ford Folks,
Update on my 32 as things move in normal for me, fits and starts:
Stopped by the upholstery shop and the seat back is done. The base on the passengers side was started and he wanted me to do a trial to see how the bottom would fit and tuck in to the gas tank:

I think this is going to look just fine! Not too much bling here. The tuxedo Blue would not have been what Ford used. Probably would have been basic black. I thought this would compliment the faded Washington blue of the cab.:

Seat base went back to the shop to finish. No big problem getting the base to fit between the seat back and the tank. And they seem to be tight enough a cell phone wont slip between them.

Picked up the engine block today:

He said the rig gap was just about .008 over spec on one bore. other three bores were about .012 inches of gap.

Yesterday I cleaned up the exterior and interior of the transmission and the oil pan:

Some of the parts in Queue. Yes some paint has been applied to make it look a little better. The green that was on this head did not appeal to me. So we have some flat black primer applied.

Regards,
Chris
