Then the gearpart should be good to go.
If the axial and radial play is minimal they usually function very well.
Put it back togetter pack it with grease make sure all gaskets seal well.
But then the question is why it didnīt pump any oil...even a worn pump usually pumps oil out the open oilsender hole...
Maybe time for a little more investigating to check the front plug is really there...
