This doesn't look like a Model A taillight lens. It's possible that the underlying light bucket is the same as a Model A and only the lens and outer retainer are different. Would help to pull the lens off and take a picture of the interior to see if it looks like a proper Model A light. Otherwise, as Patrick suggests, new lights are in your future. You could use this opportunity to upgrade to the LED taillight lens, those are so much brighter and safer that I'm surprised more folks haven't converted (says the guy who intended to convert a couple of years ago but just did so...).
