I still lurk on rare occasion (read posts without signing in). But after a while, you may begin trading private messages with members that you have become familiar with as having much knowledge in specific things you are interested in. Sooooo, if you are not signed in, you will not know if you have received a reply in your message inbox.
For the most part, you will want to post your issue for the whole fordbarn community to get a maximum amount of expertise from many members. Doing so can benefit others who might have the same issue you are facing. Often, folks here use the search feature to go back and research on older forum post about an issue they have as well. I do it all the time. The longer you share with us, the more you will learn.
