Default Mutant B Carb

I purchased (what I thought was) a Model B carburettor, for the purposes of acquiring a core to be re-built. I didn't look close enough, for though it has nearly the form of a Model B carb., it has some clear differences, as shown in the attached pictures. As shown in the first picture, I see

A) Something akin to an oversize secondary well (???)
B) An additional flow valve in the main bowl
C) An outlet through a different air passage, which connects to an opening on the air-side of the choke plate
D) A 'sleeve' for the main jet

Also, it does not have the traditional 'GAV' needle valve as found on A and B Carbs.

Question: Does anyone know what the carburettor is, and whether anyone sells replacement parts for it?

Thanks to all,

Andrew
