Default Cowl light 1931

The cowl lights or parts therein may be made in Japan replacements that I have in the car. My questions are: 1) does the glass lens have S.G.CO. marking or LES? 2) does the big bolt that holds it inside the car have any head markings? 3) Is there a large lock washer on this bolt? The picture attached shows from left-to-right the replacement bracket with bolt (from Bert's) with a black wire with trace of yellow. 2nd bolt with large lock washer and bracket from Japan and yellow wire with traces of red/black that crisscross, and 3rd bolt on right with a large lock washer. Which is correct or does it matter? I really don't plan on having the car judged, but like to replace parts with was or looks to be original.
