If you had some good drawings and were not concerned about exact copies these could easily be made. I would just slice off a piece of the correct diameter pipe then take some 3/16 diameter wire and weld it to the edges bending it around as you do or you could preform it. Drill some holes for the stops and you have it. The difficult or really important part is getting the dimensions so when the brackets bolt up you have a straight axis through the cam. This is a very doable project.
