46, mine on the '47 is 1.75 inches long. Wonder if you could make one from a piece of stainless molding. Since it's held in place by the wiper control, no screws needed.
Stainless wouldn't have to be woodgrained and by the time you finish, your original might suddenly appear..... "it's around here summers!!"
