Probably great for some specific purpose, but not great in a lot of cases.
Just what I saw and no reason not to agree.

Mart if I read this correctly, there is a drill tap and a counter bore on top, all
in one, so its only one operation used with a reversible automatic tapping
head. It works like this a mill or drill press you set the depth of countersink
or counter bore then lock the quill stop when the quill hits the stop the tapping
head instantly reverses. again this is for production. So for most here go for
drill and tap & tooling change to countersink or counter bore. Hope I wrote
this understandable I'm a do'er not story writer like John boy Walton LOL
