Not used them, but have seen them reviewed on Youtube. The problem is you need to go fast for the drill and slow for the tap. I think they are ok in relatively thin metal. For example, how can you countersink a hole if the tap is still cutting threads?
Probably great for some specific purpose, but not great in a lot of cases.
Just what I saw and no reason not to agree.
