If this helps, I bought an unused Uncle Max rebuilt 97 from a member here for $125. I know this was a good deal, so that is the low end.
To have Uncle Max rebuild my two excellent 97's two years ago was $205 a piece so that gives you an idea of what it cost to rebuild a core that does not need parts.
