We haven't run it yet but we put a 6 volt Pertronix in a 35 crab. We started with a 6 volt Rolls Royce unit and had to make a jig to machine the inside of the unit to fit on the crab. Also will be running a 6 volt alternator in original case to control the fluctuation in voltage. It worked well running on a Sum machine but no real road test yet. Dave/Green Bay
