I install these routinely on cars where I’m servicing the front steering mechanisms. I’ve use hundreds of the kits and have had absolutely zero issues. I concur with Canadian that your balls need to be in excellent condition as to roundness. The only place I can recommend for ball service is A&L .
I do the entire assembly in the bench and install as a unit with all 3 arms, drag link and tie rod . Of course toe in will need to be set.
