Yes sir... replace the spring. It is very likely "worn out" and as such is not only sagging but is no longer offering the designed height and handling characteristics that Ford built in.
I always install NOS. Although there are places that reproduce springs, they do not match the authentic.
The '36 roadster V8COOPMAN referred to was in fact raised 2" at all four wheels with the installation of NOS springs. A noticeable (positive) difference in ride.
