Agree. Nice to see a Standard Roadster.

To me $10K was a fair offer, BUT if I were selling, if I was on the other side of the deal, I'd want a bit more. Looks like a pretty decent car. Looks solid. You don't get much of a collector car today for 10 G especially a '30-'31 Ford Model A Roadster.

Hang in there he may take your offer. If not they are out there keep looking and good luck.

If you get the car I'd just detail it, make sure it is safe. Brakes-front end-wiring and then enjoy the car. Drop the oil pan and clean that out good maybe have someone help you check the main and rod bearing clearances while you are in there.Change the tranny fluid and rear end, flush out the radiator and gas tank all the usual things to do. Keep it a Standard Roadster it wil get plenty of attention just the way it is!
