JC Whitney along with Warshawski and Company, I remember from the 50's and 60's in Chicago located at 1917-1919 Archer Ave! They were both a junkyard and accessory parts place and carried or could get anything automotive somehow! I bought a used engine there pretty cheep and it was worth pretty much what I paid for it. Sadly over the years, it is not what it once was and company names history, is all that is really left of the J C Whitney reputation.
