Wow!!, Joe B. thankyou so much, that is exactly what I need to know, it can be done.

I was worried that the what seems to be a raised area, behind the seat, would prohibit what you have done.

I really need to have a good look at it. The car is very original and I am sure that the seat came with the car.

I will make the car fit me.
