It isn't just USPS...Our company has a shipment that has been sitting on a major freight line's dock waiting local delivery for 4 weeks. Here is a copy of an email from a couple of days ago,still waiting...

said they are still backed up and this is not on the list today to go out. I told them that I've been calling since the first of the month and was told on the 9th and 10th that it was on the hot list to go out. They said they know and are real sorry. They're still saying that the customer would be better off to come get it if they can. The lady's going to go check to see where it's actually at now (which dock). I told her I was going to call her back later today to get another update.
