I am having trouble with my quail cap on my '28 roadster. In order to avoid interference between the cap hinge and the hood panels, I have had to move the radiator forward. When I do this, the panel hinge shaft is out of it's hold-down brackets. Some have recommended that I move the cap hinge to the side, but am unable to do so. Recommendations?
