Gm used a plastic tank back in the 70’s I believe. It was designed to hold the vacuum when the engine wasn’t producing enough. That’s when they were using vacuum to run all the defrost, inside and outside air doors for the ventilation system. You could try using something along those lines to store the vacuum for the wiper motor and you could hide it under the body no one would be the wiser.
