Not sure what you mean by cleaned up but before you go to the trouble and expense to have the outlets corrected, is the core any good? In the long run you might be better off with a new radiator from someone like Brassworks. Yes it will be more $$ than the cleaning up and outlet repair but in the end you'll know exactly what you've got. JMO
