Remove inner window moldings, both right and left as well as center piece.
Remove glass with rubber gasket from both sides.
From outside of car, remove small stainless piece that covers ends of each stainless molding. This is located at the center - bottom.
Now remove the trim piece. You should start at the center bottom and may need to tap the edge as you go along.
Often times the trim is stuck a bit or God forbid some idi-- glued it.
