Karl, in many US states, including Connecticut where I live, the governors included Auto Repair and Auto Part suppliers as essential services that could stay open. This was intended to ensure that food delivery and health care workers could ensure they had functioning cars. They made no distinction between modern vs. antique auto parts.

Nearly all the Model A parts suppliers are small, family businesses. I'm confident that they can operate safely.

To all you suppliers, thanks for all you do. Stay safe.
