I bought a pair of Snyder's part # A-17704-A Truck Hinge Mirror. This is the arm and 5" mirror. Their description says it's for the left side only, but they work on both sides just as well. You do, however, need to space out the right side with a 1" coupling bolt (from your local hardware store) in order for the right side to be able to adjust in so it's visible from the driver's seat.

Pictures show the spacer added on the right side mirror.
